Refund and Returns Policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Action to remedy the problem may include instruction on proper use. 

We may require pictures of the defect which must be supplied. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of products if a customer has changed their mind or no longer requires the product. 

Please contact our Customer Service Team, by clicking on the Contact us immediately if: 

-Your product was damaged during transit

 -You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased 

-You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased 

Please note that you must comply with the returns instructions provided to you from our team which will be sent to your registered email
address. All returns must be directed through our Customer Service team. Additionally, action to remedy the problem may include instruction on proper
use. We may require pictures of the defect which must be supplied. When accepted, Consumers must return the goods within 14 days of the RA being issued (or a reasonable period of time agreed to by us and the consumer). Defects and failures not covered by warranty include, but are not limited to: 

• Damage due to user misuse or use in a manner contrary to the operating instructions 

•  Damage resulting from the item being used in a manner other than originally intended as advertised 

• Improper or neglected maintenance including oiling and cleaning where required 

• Improper storage or neglect to properly prepare the item for storage 

• Failure due to improper user installation or assembly 

• Cuts and scratches etc such as those caused by opening packaging with blades or knives

 

Mistakes happen but there is no place for disappointment when you shop with us. We are here working and building our best asset – Customer Satisfaction! We have a highly trained and dedicated team working on the returns and providing you with the resolutions within 48hrs or before your smile fades and a frown takes over. For quicker resolutions, all returns must be directed through our customer service team. Whether the product is damaged on arrival or lost in transit, whether there are some missing parts or you want to make a warranty claim for the product. Feel free to contact us immediately. We cannot refund or exchange goods for the change of mind or errors made while placing an order. At our sole discretion, we may allow a few exchange claims provided the claim is made within 7 days of order, the packaging is intact, the product is not used and there is no damage to the product. Please  email to contact our customer service team. Change of mind orders may attract additional freight and 15% re-stocking fees which will be deducted when your refund is processed. This also applies to order cancelled after the product is dispatched from our warehouse.
